Duncan's journey into real estate began early. Born in San Francisco's Noe Valley, he spent his summers working alongside his father and family made up of general contractors and carpenters-immersed in the intricacies of property upkeep, remodeling, and design. Growing up in a family that owned, managed, and operated apartment buildings in the Civic Center and Inner Richmond neighborhoods, Duncan gained firsthand experience in property management and client service during his high school years. These formative experiences laid the foundation for a career defined by integrity, expertise, and an unwavering commitment to delivering exceptional results. Duncan graduated from Stuart Hall High School in the Pacific Heights area and then went on to earn a degree in Economics and General Business Administration from The University of Alabama, Tuscaloosa (Roll Tide).

Duncan's career has taken him through varied professions from managing operations at top-tier venues like The Battery in the Financial District to optimizing procurement strategies in veterinary clinics nationwide with Modern Animal. He even got his hands dirty in Napa Valley as a Cellar Hand at the world-renowned Cakebread Cellars, working alongside some of the most respected winemakers and cellar masters in the industry. There, he mastered the art (and chemistry) of crafting exceptional wines, gaining an insider's perspective into one of the most celebrated winemaking traditions.

Now affiliated with Coldwell Banker Realty, Duncan leverages his extensive experience in the rental and residential market, having collaborated with some of the Bay Area's top agents at J. Wavro Associates. There, he honed his skills in curating personalized client experiences, offering neighborhood orientation tours, and providing customized rental itineraries for individuals and families relocating to the region. Having navigated the market as both a homeowner and an investor, understanding the challenges and opportunities from both sides of the table is paramount. His firsthand experience allows him to offer strategic guidance beyond just transactions-he helps clients make informed, long-term decisions that will align with their financial goals.
